“Give me a court order, two investigators, 48 hours, and access to cases from 20 years ago and I can put anyone in jail, including Bidzina Ivanishvili. Ivanishvili would be the easiest target to put in jail”, stated ICC Chair commenting on TBC Bank Case.

“It is not that easy to look into cases that occurred 11 years ago. Banks are only obliged to keep such type of information for 6 years. Thus, Mamuka [Khazaradaze] and TBC Bank could’ve refused to provide the information about those cases, but they didn’t do so.”, stated Fady Asly.

According to Asly, loans issued for "Samgori M LLC" were only transactions could have be interpreted in way that could have been damaging to TBC Bank. He also describes TBC as ‘the most transparent company’.
